To extend your stay, place a summer booking, or arrange an early start date, you will need to contact the Residents' Team at your chosen property. You can find their contact details on the 'Contact' page of your chosen property.

If you are an existing resident extending your stay with us we can create a new booking for you which we will ask you and your guarantor to sign. We will also ask that you make payment upfront for the new tenancy. If you haven’t stayed with us before we will create a booking for you so will need to take some details such as your home address and we will also ask you to make an upfront payment for the stay once you have signed the tenancy agreement.

Our summer stays usually require a minimum booking of at least 2 weeks although some of our properties may require a longer booking. Speak to the Residents' Team and they will be able to help you with this and any other queries you may have!

If you are extending your stay we will discuss with you if it is possible for you to remain in your existing room or if we will need you to move to a different room at the end of your current tenancy. For new bookings we will do our best to meet any requests you may have.

Of course! We are very proud of our properties and would love to show you around. If you want to bring some friends or family members that’s absolutely fine too – we just ask that you speak to our Residents’ Team in advance so we can make sure we have some rooms available to show you. If you find yourself in the area and haven’t had a chance to speak to us you can still pop in, whilst we might not have a room to show you, we will still be able to show you around our Residents’ shared spaces.
