Booking Info

Booking couldn't be easier....

...and no upfront payments are required.

As with all rental properties in the UK you'll need to pass reference and Right to Rent checks in order to live at The Gorge. Here's some basic information to help you understand and prepare for the checks.

Once you have submitted your application and successfully answered our ‘Pre-Viewing Qualification Questions’, sanction screening will be conducted on all applicants before the booking is progressed. This is required by the Landlord of this property but Fresh will take care of everything for you please see our Booking Terms and Conditions for more information.

Once you've passed our reference checks and your Tenancy Agreement is signed, we will ask you to pay your Tenancy Deposit and first rent instalment 7 days before the start of your tenancy, and then you're ready to move in!

We keep your deposit safe in the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and we're also members of Propertymark Client Money Protection Scheme .
