Yes, they are! All utility bills including electricity, water, wi-fi, and contents insurance are included in your rent, so you don’t have to worry about extra costs. Just relax and enjoy your stay!

There are! We have a range of studio options, from cosy Classic Studios to larger Deluxe and Luxury Studios, ranging in size, layout and location in the building. Every room comes with your own kitchen, en suite bathroom, study space, and plenty of storage.

If you choose to live in Central Studios, there’s no restriction on which university or college you carry out your studies in. In terms of location, you’ll be close to the University of Reading, plus the Berkshire Institute of Health and University of West London facilities. Whether you’re studying medicine, music, law, or business, getting to campus is easy.

Central Studios is right in Reading town centre, with Reading Station nearby and 24/7 bus routes straight to the University of Reading. Super handy for lectures, shopping trips, and weekends away.
