Booking couldn't Be Easier.
Want to lock your room in now and pay later? Submit your application today and pay nothing until August.
No guarantor? No problem. Choose our ‘pay in full’ option and we’ll process your booking straight away - just be ready to pay the full year’s rent in one instalment when it’s due.
Take a look at our Fee Schedule for details of charges that may apply during your tenancy. Charges for damages will be applied at the time of your accommodation inspection and will be payable immediately.
Once you have signed the agreement, we will conduct Sanction screening on you and your guarantor. This is a requirement in the UK but dont worry, Fresh will take care of everything for you. Please see our Booking Terms and Conditions for more information.
