Reasonably sized room, sunny and very warm in winter, perfectly soundproof. The residence has all the services, the environment is very pleasant and quiet, the facilities are clean, the gym is complete and well ventilated. The Residents' Team are very friendly and always ready to help. Absolutely advisable for students.

Really high-quality student accommodation in a fantastic location for easy access to the city centre and nearby National College of Art and Design (NCAD). Nice friendly Residents' Team and atmosphere as well as spotlessly clean throughout. Loads of shops, restaurants and nightlife on your doorstep. They have a big sized student social area as well as a quiet and spacious study area.

Stayed there for a whole year. 1. Location is amazing. I have been to a number of other student accommodations and none other has so many Supermarkets and other required locations so close. Tesco, Lidl, Dealz, Centra, two asian shops, all are within a 1-5 min walk. 2. Bus stop and taxi stand is literally at the gate. 3. Staff is friendly and responsive. I have seen a lot of other student accommodation administrations to be very rigid. Never really had any issue here.

Excellent facilities and great location. Totally recommend it for any student moving to Dublin. Apartments are one of the nicest in town with private bathrooms, an on-site gym, laundry, study area and a pool table. The Residents' Team are great problem solvers and will help you as much as they can, even with the recommendations for those new in the city. Hands down the best bang for your buck and customer service you will get at any student accommodation.
