Excellent work recognised at prestigious industry awards for a third year in a row
Fresh, the UK’s leading specialist third-party manager of residential for rent homes, is pleased to announce that it has won ‘Best Private Housing Provider’ in UK and Ireland for the third year in a row at the Global Student Living Awards Ceremony 2023 in London.
The Global Student Living Awards uses a combination of scores and feedback provided by thousands of students from over 200 universities and colleges across the UK and Ireland through the Global Student Living Index. This recognition is a reflection of the continuously high satisfaction level of Fresh’s residents in its accommodation, staff and services.
In addition to winning this award, Fresh was also finalists for the following additional awards in the UK and Ireland category:
- Best Customer Service
- Best Environmental Management
- Best Student Wellbeing
- Best Value for Money
- Best Individual Property
- Best Learning Environment
This award follows the announcement in July 2023 that Fresh achieved a record Net Promoter Score (‘NPS’) of +35 for its student accommodation, significantly outperforming other operators in the sector. The NPS was also collated through the Global Student Living Index.
