Booking couldn't Be Easier.

It's easy to submit your application and as we don't take a Holding Deposit that means there's nothing to pay until your rents due!

Don't want to add a guarantor? No problem - just choose our 'Pay in Full' option and pay your rent for the full year upfront in one instalment.

Your first rent instalment is due as stated in your individual Occupation Contract.

Take a look at our Fee Schedule and Replacement Costs for details of charges that may apply during your contract.  Charges for damages will be applied at the time of your accommodation inspection and will be payable immediately.

Once you have signed the agreement,  we will conduct Sanction screening on you and your guarantor.  This is a requirement in the UK but dont worry, Fresh will take care of everything for you.  Please see our Booking Terms and Conditions for more information.
