Secure your room today with a £150 holding deposit - it’ll be credited towards your first rent instalment when you move in. Just a heads-up: if you decide not to go ahead after your agreement is countersigned, the deposit will be retained by the Landlord.

No guarantor? No problem.

Choose our ‘pay in full’ option and we’ll process your booking straight away - just be ready to pay the full year’s rent in one instalment when it’s due.

Your rent due date(s) will be clearly outlined in your Tenancy Agreement, so there are no surprises.

For full transparency, you can check our Fee Schedule for any additional charges that may apply during your stay. Damage charges, if applicable, are assessed during your room inspection and are payable at that time.
