Pavilion Point Welcomes EC Brighton Students

Pavilion Point signs nomination agreement with EC Brighton for 24/25 academic year!

We are excited to announce that Pavilion Point, its student accommodation residence in Brighton, has signed a nomination agreement with EC Brighton for the 2024/25 academic year. EC Brighton is part of EC English Language Centres, a global chain of language schools with 25 schools in major English-speaking destinations and UK locations in Brighton, Cambridge, Bristol, London, and Manchester. The centre is located just a 17-minute walk from Pavilion Point and will provide EC Brighton language students accommodation for the full academic year.

Pavilion Point is managed by Fresh on behalf of a UK PBSA Fund run by specialist investment manager Curlew Capital and offers a combination of studio and ensuite rooms. The accommodation is Gold certified by the Global Student Living Index and includes a multimedia room, private outdoor courtyard, lounge, study rooms, gym and coffee area. The accommodation, located in the heart of Brighton, is a ten-minute walk from the city’s main shopping area and has excellent public transport links to The University of Brighton and University of Sussex.
