We are pleased to announce that we have been appointed by Inhabeo to manage View Studios in London and Centurion House in Bath. We took over management of the two purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) developments from 1 July 2026.

This appointment expands our existing relationship with Inhabeo, for whom we already manage Benedict's Gate in Norwich, The Gate in Sheffield, Gulson Gardens in Coventry, Pavilion Point in Brighton, and The Refinery in Leeds. The appointment means we now provide full management services across Inhabeo's entire operational PBSA portfolio, following the acquisition of the properties in September 2025.

View Studios comprises 185 studios and is located in Bermondsey, East London. The property includes a range of amenities for residents, including a roof terrace, fully equipped gym, private bookable dining room, social spaces and games areas. The scheme benefits from excellent transport links across the capital, with University of the Arts London, ASU London, South Bank University and the University of London all within a ten-minute cycle, while King's College London and Queen Mary University are around twenty minutes away by bike.

Centurion House in Bath comprises 146 units, including 18 studios, 8 two-bedroom apartments and 112 en-suite bedrooms. Amenities include shared study and social spaces, with the property currently occupied through a nominations agreement with the University of Bath for postgraduate students. The scheme is conveniently located close to the city centre and just a 20-minute bus journey from the University of Bath campus.

Residents at both properties will benefit from our award-winning Be Wellbeing Programme, alongside our Platinum-certified level of service for PBSA properties, as recognised by the GSLI Spring Wave Survey 2026.

Commenting on the appointment, Sam Scott, Managing Director at Fresh, said:

"We are delighted to be expanding our partnership with Inhabeo, adding to the five properties within their PBSA portfolio already under our management. The addition of View Studios and Centurion House is testament to our commitment to providing a positive resident experience, and our expertise in both the London and Bath markets.

We're looking forward to welcoming the properties into the Fresh portfolio and continuing to provide Inhabeo with the exceptional standards they have come to expect from our operational team."

Commenting on behalf of Inhabeo, Helen Kings, Managing Director, Asset Management at Inhabeo, said:

"Bringing View Studios and Centurion House under Fresh's management is an important step in creating a consistent approach across our PBSA portfolio. It will allow us to share best practice more effectively, strengthen operational oversight and provide a consistently high-quality experience for residents.

We look forward to continuing to build our relationship with Fresh and working closely with their team to support the performance of both properties."
