Extending relationship with EQT Exeter

Fresh, the UK’s leading specialist third-party manager of residential for rent homes, is pleased to announce that, it has successfully taken over the management of the Great Court PBSA scheme in Bermondsey, London.

 

Great Court is owned by EQT Exeter, an existing client of Fresh, with Fresh already managing three PBSA sites in EQT Exeter’s portfolio in Swansea, Bristol and Bath. Fresh is also mobilising properties in Nottingham and Bath for EQT.

 

Great Court consists of 250 units including 44 studios and 206 ensuites and is easily accessible to London’s top universities by public transport. The property is also within walking to distance to Burgess Park and is a 13 minute bike ride to Borough Market. The property has many appealing amenities such as a large communal lounge with games area, communal kitchen and dining area, an on-site gym, cinema room, laundry room with chill-out zone and a courtyard garden. Residents will also be able to benefit from Fresh’s award winning Be Wellbeing Programme.
