Fresh, the UK’s leading specialist third-party manager of residential for rent homes, is pleased to announce that it has won ‘Best Health & Wellbeing’ for its market leading Be Wellbeing programme at the Property Week Student Accommodation Awards Ceremony 2023 in London.
The Property Week Student Accommodation Awards celebrates and rewards achievements throughout the entire UK PBSA sector. Winners are selected by an esteemed judging panel for the 17 different awards including Agency Team of the Year, Climate Crisis Initiative and Developer of the Year.
Fresh’s award-winning Be Wellbeing programme aims to create a sense of belonging and community for all its residents through its four pillars: be active, be connected, be social and be supported, all led by dedicated Fresh site teams. The programme also provides resource hubs to support its residents with both their mental health and wellbeing and provides them with a Be action calendar to encourage community engagement and activities.
This award follows a series of nominations and wins for Fresh, who in October won ‘Best Private Housing Provider’ in UK and Ireland for a third consecutive year at the Global Student Living Awards, as well as being finalists for ‘Best Resident Well-being Initiative’ award at the Best in Class Awards 2023. In July, Fresh also achieved a record Net Promoter Score (‘NPS’) of +35 for its student accommodation, significantly outperforming other operators in the sector. The NPS was also collated through the Global Student Living Index.
