Introducing the Fresh App
Stay connected with our easy-to-use Fresh residents’ app. Not only does the app streamline the payment process, making it convenient and hassle-free for you to manage your rent payments but we’ll also share updates about our exciting on-site social events so you’ll never miss a thing.
Follow this simple guide to get you all set up!
Step 1: Download and Install the App
Visit your app store (Google Play Store for Android or App Store for iOS).
Search for "Fresh Resident" and select the official app.
Tap the "Install" button to download and install the app on your device.
Step 2: Account Setup
Open the Fresh Resident app after installation.
Sign up for a new account if you are a first-time user or log in using your existing credentials.
If you are a first-time user:
- Search for your property’s name in the search bar.
- Enter the email address that you provided to us.
- Create a new secure password (minimum 10 characters)
- Enter your First Name and Last Name
- Enter your phone number or registration code
- Tap the Register button
Make sure you allow notifications so we can keep you updated on everything.
Step 3: Setting Up Payment Details
Navigate to the "Make a Payment" section in the app.
Tap on "Add Payment Method" to add your preferred payment details.
You can choose to add a credit/debit card, link your bank account, or use alternative payment options if available (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay).
Follow the instructions to securely input your payment information.
Step 4: Making Rent Payments
On the main dashboard, the app will display the upcoming rent payment due date.
A few days before the due date, you will receive reminders to ensure timely payments.
To make a rent payment:
- Go to the "Make a Payment" section and select "Pay Now."
- Choose your preferred payment method from the options you previously added.
- Verify the payment details, including the rent amount and due date.
- Tap "Confirm" to complete the transaction securely.
Once the payment is processed successfully, you will receive a confirmation notification.
The app will generate a payment receipt that you can access and download for your records.
Payment history can be viewed within the app for easy reference.
Other Features:
The app will help you stay updated with important announcements, maintenance schedules, and other notifications through the "Announcements" section of the app.
You can submit maintenance requests and contact us by phone or by email.
Make sure you allow notifications so we can remind you when your rent is due and invite you to our unmissable on-site events!
