We have done it again! We are celebrating a record high Net Promoter Score (NPS) of +34 for our student accommodation, up two points year on year. This has earned us nominations for six Global Student Living Awards:

– Best Private Housing (UK & Ireland)

– Best Customer Service (UK & Ireland)

– Best Student Wellbeing (UK & Ireland)

– Best Environmental Management (UK & Ireland)

– Best Learning Environment (UK & Ireland), for Eden Square, Coventry

– Best Individual Property (UK & Ireland), for Woodside House, Glasgow

Our NPS score and awards our based on the responses received from our students in the Global Student Living Index, which allows our residents to rate and give responses on our accommodation in many areas. We are particularly happy with our NPS score as on average private halls had a decrease in score. We couldn't be prouder of our Residents' Teams and everyone at Fresh for all the hardwork they have put in to ensure all our students are happy, safe and have a positive experience when staying with us!

Fresh’s 'Be’ Programme, which was launched in 2020 has been central to the continued high satisfaction scores from residents. ‘Be’ is unique in the sector as a comprehensive method of offering excellent customer service at every touch point through insight and building meaningful relationships between the Fresh site teams and residents.
