Booking Couldn't Be Easier.

An advance rent contribution of £150 towards your first rent instalment will be due at the time of completing your application. This amount is credited to your first rent instalment. Should you fail to proceed with the booking after accepting your Tenancy Agreement, the advance rent contribution will be retained by the Landlord.

If you want to process your booking without the need for a guarantor there is a pay in full option where we will ask you to pay the full years rent upfront in one instalment.

Your first rent instalment is due as stated in your individual Tenancy Agreement.

Take a look at our Fee Schedule for details of charges that may apply during your tenancy. Charges for damages will be applied at the time of your accommodation inspection and will be payable immediately.

Once you have signed the agreement, we will conduct Sanction screening on you and your guarantor. This is a requirement in the UK, but dont worry, Fresh will take care of everything for you. Please see our Booking Terms and Conditions for more information.
