Client Reporting Portal - Terms of Use

Welcome to Freshs Client Reporting Portal (the "Portal"). By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). In these Terms, references to we, us, or our mean Fresh Property Group Ltd, and references to you or your mean the user accessing or using the Portal. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not continue to use the Portal.

1. Purpose of the Portal
The Portal provides clients with access to reports, data visualisations, and other relevant information uploaded by our team or generated through our reporting platforms. The Portal is intended for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole source for decision-making.
Additionally, some reports and insights may be generated using artificial intelligence (AI). While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or require further validation, such content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.

2. Access and Use
2.1 Eligibility
Access to the Portal is restricted to authorised users only (as granted or authorised by us or an authorised representative of your organisation).
You and your members of your organisation must be at least 18 years old or have legal authorisation to use the Portal.

You must immediately notify us of any suspected or actual unauthorised use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without notice in the eventof suspected or actual misuse or compromised security.

We shall not be liable for any data which has been processed or modified by the user once uploaded.

Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith discussions or alternative dispute resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
