Pay-by-Bank Charity Donation Initiative Terms and Conditions


1. Initiative Operator

The Pay-by-Bank Charity Donation Initiative (the Initiative) is operated by Fresh Property Group Ltd, otherwise known as Fresh.

2. Initiative Period

The Initiative will run from 1 December 2025 to 30 April 2026 (the Initiative Period).

3. Participating Properties

The Initiative applies only to tenants of the following properties managed by Fresh: Collegelands, Optima, Europa, and Glassyard Building (each a Participating Property). Tenants refers to any individual with a valid tenancy agreement at a Participating Property during the Initiative Period.

4. Charity Partner

Donations will be made to Mind, a registered mental health charity (registered charity number: 219830; registered company number 424348). Fresh is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mind. References to Mind are solely for the purpose of identifying the beneficiary charity.

5. Donation Amount

For each eligible Pay-by-Bank payment, Fresh will donate 3.00 GBP to Mind.

6. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify as an eligible payment, all the below criteria must be met:

  • The payment must be made during the Initiative Period.
  • The payment must be made using the Pay-by-Bank method on the Tenant Portal. Traditional bank transfers will not be considered.
  • The payment amount must be greater than 500.
  • The payment must successfully clear. Failed payments will not be considered.

7. Donation Limit per Tenant

A maximum of four (4) donations will be made per tenant during the Initiative Period, regardless of the number or value of additional payments made.

8. Timing of Donations

Fresh will calculate the total eligible donations after the end of the Initiative Period. A single payment representing the total amount raised will be made to Mind by 30 June 2026.

9. Reporting

The total donation amount will be published on Freshs website by 30 June 2026.

10. General Terms

  • Donations are made by Fresh on behalf of the landlords, not by individual tenants. No tax receipt will be issued to tenants.
  • Fresh reserves the right to vary, suspend, or withdraw the Initiative at any time without notice, where necessary to ensure
  • In the event of any dispute, Freshs decision will be final.
  • The Initiative has no cash equivalent and does not affect tenants rent obligations or payment terms
