Fresh gains further recognition for its leading student living offer<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/i><\/b><\/span><\/span> <\/p>\n Following the most recent GSL survey, Fresh has been named a finalist for the following award categories: <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n These shortlists were determined by the ratings submitted by residents within the Spring Wave of GSL’s survey and, as such, reflect real student opinions and experiences about Fresh’s properties, including the quality of the properties, the value we offer and our approach to inclusivity. Notably, the Inclusivity Impact Award was a new category introduced last year, <\/span>which recognises excellence in student accommodation delivery for more vulnerable student groups including disabled, neurodivergent, LGBTQ+ and ethnic minorities.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n
