Fresh gains further recognition for its leading student living offer<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/i><\/b><\/span><\/span>
\nFresh, a leading specialist third-party manager of residential for rent <\/a>homes in the UK and Ireland, is delighted to announce that it has been shortlisted as a finalist for a number of award categories at the Global Student Living Awards (GSL) following completion of the Spring Wave of the GSL survey, which ran from 17^{<\/sup>March until 31 May 2025. This recognition reflects our unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional student living for our residents and our dedication to inclusivity, quality, and value. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n}

Following the most recent GSL survey, Fresh has been named a finalist for the following award categories: <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Best Private Housing<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
Best Value for Money<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
Inclusivity Impact <\/a>Award<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

These shortlists were determined by the ratings submitted by residents within the Spring Wave of GSL’s survey and, as such, reflect real student opinions and experiences about Fresh’s properties, including the quality of the properties, the value we offer and our approach to inclusivity. Notably, the Inclusivity Impact Award was a new category introduced last year, <\/span>which recognises excellence in student accommodation delivery for more vulnerable student groups including disabled, neurodivergent, LGBTQ+ and ethnic minorities.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The winners will be announced at a ceremony in London following the GSL Live event in October 2025. Fresh’s recognition at the 2025 Global Student Living Awards follows its long track record of awards success. Most recently, Fresh was named as a finalist in the Best Booking Experience category in the GSL Awards following the Autumn Wave of the survey.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
