Shortlisting recognises Fresh in the Best Booking Experience category
Fresh, a leading specialist third-party manager of residential for rent homes, is delighted to announce that it has been shortlisted for the Best Booking Experience Award for the UK and Ireland at the Global Student Living Awards (GSL). The recognition is a testament to Fresh's commitment to providing an exceptional experience for residents, starting at the point of booking.
The Best Booking Experience shortlist was determined by the ratings from residents in the Autumn wave of the Global Student Living (GSL) Index. As such, the results reflect real student opinions and experiences about their booking experience with Fresh.
The GSL Autumn wave, which ran from 21st October to 30th November, was actively promoted across all Fresh student properties. Following the extensive and successful campaign across the student portfolio, an impressive one third of Fresh's residents participated and gave ratings. The questions focused on the students’ personal experiences booking and moving into their new accommodation.
The winners will be announced at a ceremony in London following the GSL Live event in October 2025. Fresh will now prepare for the next GSL Index Wave in March, with the aim of securing further improvements to its scores follow its focus on constantly enhancing the student living experience.

The inclusion of Fresh in the 2025 shortlist for the award follows a record-breaking Resident Net Promoter Score (NPS) in 2024. Fresh’s +36 score significantly surpasses the benchmark for large private halls of residence (2024 Benchmark: +14). The record score represents the fifth consecutive year of NPS improvements at Fresh, solidifying its reputation as a platinum operator for the second year in a row.
