A large operator with a personal touch
Fresh, the UK’s leading specialist third-party operator of residential for rent, is pleased to announce that it has achieved a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of +35 for its student accommodation . This score is up from last year’s record high of +34 and the latest NPS marks continued growth for Fresh since achieving +32 in 2021. The scores, collated by the Global Student Living Index, are taken from direct feedback by students and looks at seven elements of the customer experience including: condition and quality, bedroom, value for money, student care and support, recycling and environmental, overall management and Internet.
When looking at the NPS benchmark of Fresh’s peers in the PBSA sector, Fresh has again significantly outperformed other operators in the sector:
Fresh +35
Large Operators (Private Halls) +12
Mid-sized Operators (Private Halls) +5
Small Operators (Private Halls) +14
Additionally, a new certification has been introduced this year for all properties and operators participating in the Global Student Living Index, and Fresh is delighted to announce that it has been award a Platinum certification and has 42 properties certified Silver, Gold and Platinum.
