Fresh, the UK’s leading specialist third-party manager of residential for rent homes, is pleased to announce that, it has successfully taken over the management of the Kingston Plaza PBSA scheme in Kingston Upon Thames, London.
Kingston Plaza is owned by Northridge Capital, an existing client of Fresh and Fresh already manages another PBSA scheme Davidson House in Kingston for Northridge. This property will be the third scheme operated by Fresh in Kingston upon Thames, the other scheme is Quebec House with 130 beds.
Kingston Plaza consists of 130 beds, attracting students from the surrounding Kingston, St Mary’s, Roehampton and Richmond universities. The property boasts amenities such as a cinema room, study room, games room, lounge, communal kitchen, vending machines, laundry and cycle storage.
