Exam season is well underway, with A-Level students across the country looking firmly ahead to the autumn and the start of their university career. Priced from £151 per week for a standard en suite room, tenancies run between 44 and 51 weeks. Benson Yard will officially open its doors to residents in September for the start of the new academic year, with rooms now available to reserve.


Benson Yard provides students with a variety of accommodation options; bills covering water, electricity Wi-Fi and content insurance are all included in the weekly cost. A collection of bedrooms with an apartment-style layout, each benefiting from an en suite shower room, is available, and furnished with a double bed, full length mirror, wardrobe and study area. There is extra storage space available underneath the bed and some rooms have fantastic views over Liverpool. Residents of the en suite bedrooms benefit from a fully equipped communal kitchen that’s perfect for dining together, with up to eight residents sharing. A range of studios each featuring a private kitchen with modern amenities, are also on offer with three types to choose from – classic, deluxe and premium with up to 34 sqm of space. Studios can be shared between two residents for no additional fee.

Residents will benefit from a range of fabulous amenities and communal spaces all included in their weekly price, including a cinema room which doubles as a dance studio, games room, study room, lounge, gym, sky lounge and courtyard. The facilities ensure residents have ample space to socialise and relax, adding to the overall community feel. Residents will also have access to an on-site Residents’ Team and a calendar of residents’ events that focus around their physical and mental wellbeing to ensure they feel supported and have opportunities to integrate with fellow residents.

Benson Yard benefits from a central location in Liverpool. The University of Liverpool and Liverpool John Moores University are only five minutes’ walk away. A fantastic range of shops, restaurants and bars surround the building, the buzz of Liverpool City Centre is on the doorstep for residents.
