Fresh is very excited to announce that along with our lovely digital agency Mediavision we’ve won a Global Search Award.
The award category: Best Use of Search in Real Estate & Property at the Global Search Awards which essentially means we managed to get our website to the top of search terms that people like you are using to find accommodation for their university journey.
This came after months of hard work and the great minds at Mediavision combining several techniques to give our website the boost it needed.
Here’s how it happened
• SEO – Optimisation for the website that focused on local SEO to make our properties easier to find to the people who want to live there. This involves optimising the website and creating structure that works well for both the search system and for the audience.
• Content- Mediavision created a hub of interesting and useful content on the Fresh blog, to appeal to a wide-range of students and graduates. This allows us to give our audience much needed information on the way accommodation works and also enjoy the odd article about tiktok stars.
• Digital PR – Using the amazing content we were able to reach out to news, blogs and websites which gave us 24 mentions and 41 links improving our overall domain authority.
And the results speaks for the themselves with 31% SEO traffic growth and our domain authority grew to 47 which overall means more people are finding a Fresh place to live.
