Booking Info

Booking couldn't be easier...

and no upfront payments are required. We will need you to pass our reference checks and then once your Tenancy Agreement is signed, we will ask you to pay your Tenancy Deposit and first rent instalment 7 days before the start of your tenancy, and then you're ready to move in!

We keep your deposit safe in the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and we're also members of Propertymark Client Money Protection Scheme.

Before starting your booking please take a look at our Terms and Conditions, our sample Tenancy Agreement and our Fee Schedule for details of any charges that may apply during your tenancy.
