An advance rent contribution of 150 GBP towards your first rent instalment will be due at the time of completing your application. This amount is credited to your first rent instalment. Should you fail to proceed with the booking after accepting your Tenancy Agreement, the advance rent contribution will be retained by the Landlord.
Your first rent instalment is due 9 days before the start of your tenancy and your Tenancy Deposit is due 10 days before. The good news is that you will get the Tenancy Deposit back if nothing is owing for damages or outstanding rent at the end of your stay!
