An advance rent contribution of 99 GBP towards your first rent instalment will be due at the time of completing your application. This amount is credited to your first rent instalment. Should you fail to proceed with the booking after accepting your Tenancy Agreement, the advance rent contribution will be retained by the Landlord.
If you want to process your booking without the need for a guarantor there is a pay in full option where we will ask you to pay the full tenancy rent upfront within 5 days of signing the Tenancy Agreement.
