We are also just a short walk from Edinburgh College of Art, and a bus ride from Edinburgh Napier University and Heriot-Watt University.

Potterrow 1 is currently under a refurb to improve the quality of living for all of our resident's. Expect to experience a High End Boutique Feel, with Bespoke En Suite Pods (unique to Potterrow), and even get fantastic views over the university in the top floor dining room - (private dining only available for Potterrow 1 residents)!

Booking couldn't be easier.

An advance rent contribution of 150 GBP towards your first rent instalment will be due at the time of completing your application. This amount is credited to your first rent instalment. Should you fail to proceed with the booking after accepting your Tenancy Agreement, the advance rent contribution will be retained by the Landlord.

Your first rent instalment and your Tenancy Deposit are due on the 1st August 2024. The good news is that you will get the Tenancy Deposit back if nothing is owing for damages or outstanding rent at the end of your stay!

You're connected whether you're cramming at your desk, being busy in the kitchen or sunning yourself on the terrace with our 100Mbps fibre optic wired connection and up to 100Mbps wireless service as standard throughout the building. You can connect up to 7 devices. Speed upgrades and product add-ons are available for a little more.

Fresh is working in partnership with Endsleigh to provide some cover for the contents inside your room. You don't need to do anything to activate this cover, but it is important for you to check and ensure that you fully understand the protection provided and whether it is sufficient for your needs.
