We are also just a short walk from Edinburgh College of Art, and a bus ride from Edinburgh Napier University and Heriot-Watt University.

Potterrow 1 is currently under a refurb to improve the quality of living for all of our resident's. Expect to experience a High End Boutique Feel, with Bespoke En Suite Pods (unique to Potterrow), and even get fantastic views over the university in the top floor dining room - (private dining only available for Potterrow 1 residents)!

Booking couldn't be easier.

An advance rent contribution of £200 towards your first rent instalment will be due at the time of completing your application. This amount is credited to your first rent instalment. Should you fail to proceed with the booking after accepting your Tenancy Agreement, the advance rent contribution will be retained by the Landlord.

If you want to process your booking without the need for a guarantor there is a ‘pay in full’ option where we will ask you to pay the full years rent upfront in one instalment.

Your first rent instalment and Damage Deposit is/ are due as stated in your individual Tenancy Agreement. The good news is that you will get the Damage Deposit back if nothing is owing for damages or outstanding rent at the end of your stay!

We keep your Damage Deposit safe in the Government approved Mydeposit Scotland Tenancy Deposit Scheme.

Take a look at our Fee Schedule for details of charges that may apply during your tenancy. Charges for damages will be applied at the time of your accommodation inspection and will be payable immediately.

Our Scottish Letting Agent Registration is LARN2104007.

Once you have signed the agreement, you / your guarantor may be subject to Politically Exposed Person and sanction screening before the booking is progressed. You don't need to do anything to activate this cover, but it is important for you to check and ensure that you fully understand the protection provided and whether it is sufficient for your needs.
