Booking Info

Booking couldn't be easier.

An advance rent contribution of 150 towards your first rent instalment will be due at the time of completing your application. This amount is credited to your first rent instalment. Should you fail to proceed with the booking after receiving your Occupation Contract / Written Statement (you may have previously known this as a Tenancy Agreement), the advance rent contribution will be retained by the Landlord.

Your first rent instalment and Damage Deposit are due in line with the Booking Terms and Conditions. The good news is that you will get the Damage Deposit back if nothing is owing for damages or outstanding rent at the end of your stay!

Take a look at our Fee Schedule for details of charges that will be applied for damages.

We keep your cash safe in our Tenancy Deposit Scheme and were also members of The Propertymark Client Money Protection Scheme. View our Client Money Protection Certificate, or to find out more about the schemes rules here click here. Just remember, there's no getting the money back if you cancel so take a look at our full Booking Terms and Conditions below and here's a sample Occupation Contract.
